Brings Together Consortium Partners to Advance Sudden Death Prevention
PIA project continues to move forward with impactful
initiatives. On March 20th, the 1st International Focus Group
was held at ESSNorteCVP (Portugal), gathering 12 stakeholders
representing all partner organizations from the project
consortium: Portuguese Red Cross, Hungarian Red Cross,
Slovenian Red Cross, Spanish Red Cross, and Italian Red Cross.
This session marked an important milestone, enabling
cross-country dialogue and the sharing of insights from the
national-level Focus Groups. With 3 National Focus Groups
already completed, the consortium is now entering the data
analysis phase. The information collected will play a key role in
shaping the upcoming Sudden Death Prevention Program,
focused on non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as
cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and associated lifestyle risk
factors.
