PIA Project proudly took part in the “Pohod ob reki, ki združuje” (“Walk by the River that Connects”), one of Slovenia’s most iconic community health events.
This year’s edition gathered nearly 5,000 participants for a 13 km walk along the river—an inspiring celebration of wellbeing, community, and active living.
At the PIA stand, visitors had the opportunity to:
✅ Refresh their CPR techniques and practice essential life-saving skills
✅ Meet Henri, the Slovenian Red Cross mascot, and join interactive activities
✅ Learn more about preventing diabetes and other non-communicable diseases (NCDs) through PIA educational materials.
