On October 28-29th, Prevention in Action (PIA) Project took part in the “Synergies for Integrated Care” event held in Rome, Italy, co-organized by the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA).
This gathering offered an important opportunity to exchange knowledge, strengthen collaboration, and align efforts with partners from Joint Action
NFP4Health, the Horizon Europe programme, as well as the THCS, JACARDI, and HNN3.0 initiatives. The event highlighted the value of working together to advance integrated care approaches across Europe.
By building these synergies, we move closer to a more coordinated and impactful strategy for the prevention of non-communicable and cardiovascular diseases, contributing to healthier communities across the continent.
